In deze uitdagende functie werk je voornamelijk aan de elektrische isolatie van onze direct-drive generatoren. De focus van dit werk ligt op praktische experimenten ter ondersteuning van de verdere ontwikkeling van het isolatiesysteem. Je biedt technische ondersteuning aan R&D en QA/QC. 

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

• Ondersteuning bieden aan de ontwikkeling van gestructureerde testprocedures om de kwaliteit van ons elektrische isolatiesysteem te valideren.

• Het voorbereiden van rapporten over de bevindingen van deze testprocedures.

• Meedenken met het ontwikkelen van teststukken en opstellingen en, indien nodig, zelf maken.

• Ondersteuning bieden bij het bedenken en ontwikkelen van nieuwe concepten voor isolatiesystemen, inclusief verificatiemethoden.

• Verantwoordelijk zijn voor HSE-onderwerpen tijdens de tests.

• Toezicht houden op de kwaliteit van geleverde materialen door middel van regelmatige inspecties en analyses.

• Verbeteringen identificeren en introduceren om potentiële kwaliteitsrisico's op te lossen.

Wat vragen we van jou?

• MBO in Elektrotechniek met ervaring in High Voltage Testing van isolatiesystemen.

• Goede kennis van elektrische machines en bij voorkeur hoogspanning.

• Ervaring in het opzetten en bedienen van elektrische testapparatuur (bijv. multimeters, isolatietesters, voedingen).

• Een hands-on mentaliteit, geen bezwaar tegen werken in zowel het lab en de werkplek als op kantoor.

• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

• Je herkent jezelf in de volgende kenmerken: veiligheidsbewust, nauwkeurig, analytisch, nieuwsgierig.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Electrical Test Operator.

In this challenging position you will mainly work on the electrical insulation of our direct-drive generators. The focus of this work is on practical experiments to support the further development of the isolation system. You provide technical support to R&D and QA/QC. 
 

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Provide support in the development of structured test procedures to validate the quality of our electrical insulation system.

• Prepare reports on the findings of these test procedures.

• Collaborate in the development of test pieces and setups, and if necessary, create them yourself.

• Provide support in brainstorming and developing new concepts for insulation systems, including verification methods.

• Be responsible for HSE topics during the tests.

• Supervise the quality of delivered materials through regular inspections and analyses.

• Identify and introduce improvements to resolve potential quality risks.

 What we ask of you

• MBO in Electrical Engineering with experience in High Voltage Testing of insulation systems.

• A good knowledge of electrical machines and preferably high voltage.

• Experience in setting up and operating electrical test equipment (e.g. multimeters, insulation testers, power supplies).

• A hands-on mentality, don’t mind working in the lab and workplace as well as in the office.

• A good command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written.

• Recognize yourself in the following characteristics: safety conscious, accurate, analytical, inquisitive.
